Junkyard Raiders (Junkyard Pirate #5) is released and waiting for you on Amazon.
2021 has been an exciting, busy year for me as an author, publisher, and personally. Since you know about my publishing efforts, I’ll get right to the personal excitement. A couple of months ago Janet and I brought home a fuzzy ball of red fur, a mini golden doodle. I’ll be honest, this little guy is pretty great, even though he chews everything and that includes human fingers and toes. If you want to be active, I highly recommend a puppy. If you’re attached to items in your house that can be picked up below about thirty inches, it might not be the best option.
As to writing and publishing, this year has been my most prolific writing year yet. By the time its over, I’ll have released five books and will have releases in January, February and March of 2022, all written in 2021. That’s a crazy lot of writing but also a load of fun.
So, that leads me to a big announcement. In March ’22, I’ll release the 20th installment of Privateer Tales. Liam’s team is back together and they have a whole lot of unfinished business to get to. I’m about 40% through the rough draft and it’s been non-stop excitement so far.
What, you ask, are the other releases in January and February? January will be the final installment of Rachel Aukes’s and my Spaceship Troopers trilogy – Rebel’s Strike. The February release date I’m a little less confident in and that will be another LitRPG/Gamelit novel called Wizard Prince which is along the same lines as Drakon Prince.
And there I go again, I’ve buried the lead, which is the announcement regarding Junkyard Raiders. In this fifth installment of the Junkyard Pirate series, AJ and crew are hoodwinked by a scheming Tok commander who, as it turns out, has noble intentions. Unfortunately, those noble intentions place AJ, Jayne, Darnell and Lisa right in the crosshairs of a predatory species, hell bent on invading a defenseless planet. Junkyard Raiders is an exciting tale with a few surprise twists that’ll keep you guessing. I very much hope you’ll check it out.
