Privateer Tales #19 – August, 2020
The Mendari have surrendered, that should have been the hard part. Of course when Liam and crew arrive on the Mendari home world, they find a population in crisis. The Mendari overlords have stripped the civilians of virtually everything, including their free will. With twelve-thousand new mouths to feed, House of the Bold really has their work cut out for them.
So there’s good news and bad. The good news is, too late for the battle of Elea Station, Mendari completed a brand new capital ship. Bigger than a battle cruiser, nearly as fast as a frigate, Black Cutlass hemorrages fuel at an alarming rate. The bad news, is when exploring the ship they discover evidence a weapon capable of world destruction. And to make matters worse it looks like it’s been deployed.
Liam will have to make a deal with the devil if he’s to have any hope in defeating the Mendari Overlord’s final attack from the Davy Jone’s locker.
