UPDATE – As of 10:30am, Judgment is live on Amazon – click here

You know what they say, justice delayed is justice denied. The good news is that this doesn’t also apply to Judgment.

What am I talking about? Yesterday, Thursday, May 31, I plugged away moving Judgment of the Bold  into the Amazon stores. This isn’t an overly complex process taking about thirty minutes from start to end. And, while I understand there’s work on Amazon’s side for delivering a book to production, I also believe it’s a completely automated process. The problem, as has been pointed out by many interested readers, that roughly twelve hours later, the book is available only in the foreign stores (Canada, UK, Italy (yes Italians got it first)) and not in the US.

So, in an attempt to answer the flood of questions I’ve started receiving I figure it’s easier to put out a post.

Q. Does this mean Judgment is being denied?

A. Nope. Amazon wants to sell this book as much as I do.

Q. When should we expect to see Judgment on the US store?

A. Not sure. Something is broken, but I’d bet this is resolved on June 1st.

Q. Is there something a reader can do to move it along?

A. I don’t think so.

Q. What are is Jamie doing about it?

A. If the book isn’t available by the afternoon of June 1st, I’ll directly contact Amazon and ask them to help.
